Holiday Inn Express Walla Walla By Ihg

It was a friendly hotel, I will be returning here soon. So glad I chose it, spent 1 relaxing day here. Location : the venue was right by fast food places and restaurants and fast food places. Also, Fort Walla Walla was 2 miles away from the property;))

There was nothing I didn't like.

Breakfast with local apples and other local fruit. Location near to a ' valley ' and downtown and airport and wineries.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast features good hot options including fresh omelets and bacon. Cozy seating areas to enjoy your meal.

wifi connection was spotty at times.

Clean room, nice staff who let us check in early. Check out was fast.

Breakfast didn't include any nutritious options without loads of sugar or fat.

Too expensive for Walla Walla

We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was awesome. It had hot omelets, bacon, and more. We also went to the Balloon Stampede and explored local spots. The room was clean with comfortable seating and lots of charging ports.

The bed was not stiff as a board. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cookies are served every day at 7pm.

All room don't have abdicate air conditioning. All rooms that haven't been updated need to be updated. Staff doesn't know which rooms have the updated a/c. I went to a couple of rooms before I found on with updated a/c.

The room was great...a little dark, but nice. It was quiet and the staff were friendly.

I had requested with my reservation that I not have a room on the 1st floor. After seeing that I was going to be on the 1st floor, I mentioned the request and the clerk did not even offer to look for another room. Thankfully, it was quiet, but I was disappointed in the customer service. Interaction with the clerk felt canned ( she instructed me to have a nice evening every time I passed by the desk (about 4 times).

The spacious lobby was brightly decorated and inviting. The staff were attentive, ensuring I was comfortable, and I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel.

Clean room, nice shower, bed, nice entrance, handy parking, close to Highway.

Stark kitchen, a bit far from Main & 2nd area.

The Holiday Inn Express provided a pleasant experience during my business trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, exceeding expectations. Breakfast featured freshly made hot options like omelets and bacon, with a cozy seating area. The staff was great, assisting with any requests efficiently, including setting up my presentation materials.

The Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times.

The staff was friendly and also accommodated my Service Dog

The room was very comfortable--good chair and good bed.
